Hi, welcome to my site. My name is Alex Bulgakov and I’m 21 yrs old. I am a project manager, with inspiration in web / software development, organization, online promotion and poker. I am currently based in Kharkov, Ukraine.
I have more than 7 years of experience in using web, and a couple years of coding. Some of the programming languages I am skilled at include Java, PHP, Objective-C, Cocoa Touch, Delphi, AutoIT and JavaScript.
